pictured are approximate and slight variances may occur, because items
are handcrafted. Some packing information may differ from the actual

Shipping

orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). We may ship
order to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico by US Mail if requested.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges including Refused
Shipments.
Claims
When claims
involve damaged or missing cartons, please contact the delivery carrier
for instructions on filing a claim first. Then please notify us. Any
other discrepancy such as missing items should be reported to Desert
Shaman, Inc. within 3 days of receipt of goods. No merchandise will be
accepted for return without prior authorization.
Refunds
Customers
have 3 days to file for a refund. Items can not be opened or used. Once
orders have been shipped the Shipping charge can not be refunded. Only
the purchase amount will be refunded. Please note there will be a 15%
restocking fee for refunded orders. You must contact us before returning
goods.
